CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that scheduling changes can sometimes be unavoidable. To ensure fairness for both our clients and staff, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation with more than 12 hours notice: No cancellation fee will be applied. You may reschedule your appointment at your convenience.
Cancellation within 12 hours of booking: A cancellation fee of $225+ will be charged.
No-show appointments: A cancellation fee of $225+ will be charged, plus any applicable travel fees.
