Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that scheduling changes can sometimes be unavoidable. To ensure fairness for both our clients and staff, we have established the following policy:

  • Cancellation with more than 12 hours notice
    No cancellation fee will be applied. You may reschedule your appointment at your convenience.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment
    $100 fee plus any applicable travel fees will be charged.
    If you choose to reschedule within the next 7 days, we will apply this $100 fee as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment.
  • No-shows (in-studio or mobile appointments)
    If we have not heard from you by your scheduled appointment time and 15 minutes have passed, you will be considered a no-show.
    In this case, you will be charged up to the full cost of your appointment plus any applicable travel fees.

We understand your time is valuable, and we appreciate you choosing us for your mobile IV therapy needs. We strive to be punctual for all scheduled appointments. However, unforeseen traffic delays can sometimes occur. To ensure we can provide you with the best possible care and minimize disruption to your schedule, we kindly ask that you allow a 30-45 minute courtesy window for your appointment time. Our team will communicate with you directly if there are any significant delays beyond this window.
