Cancellation, No-Show & Service Policy
By booking an appointment with Wellness Lab, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation, no-show, and service fees.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedule changes may be necessary. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients and staff, the following policy applies:
More than 12 hours notice
No cancellation fee will be applied.
You may reschedule at your convenience.
Within 12 hours of appointment
A $100 late cancellation fee will be charged.
Any applicable travel fees will also apply.
If rescheduled within 7 days, the $100 fee will be credited toward your new appointment.
No-Show Policy
A client will be considered a no-show if:
- We have not heard from you, and
- 15 minutes have passed from your scheduled appointment time.
No-show fees
- $50 no-show fee
- Plus the cost of the scheduled IV treatment
- Plus any applicable travel fees (for mobile appointments)
You may reschedule within 7 days to receive the IV service that was originally scheduled and charged.
Arrival Window / Delays
We ask that clients allow a 30–45 minute courtesy window for mobile appointments due to travel and traffic conditions. Our team will communicate any significant delays beyond this window.
IV Attempt / Clinical Access Policy
By booking a mobile or in-office IV appointment, you acknowledge that IV therapy is a clinical procedure and outcomes may vary.
Fees apply if
- IV access is attempted but cannot be successfully established after clinical attempts
- The patient refuses continuation of attempts after initial or subsequent attempts
- The appointment is completed as a clinical visit but IV infusion cannot be initiated due to vein access limitations
In these cases
- A $100 clinical service fee will apply
- Any applicable travel fees will apply
- If the patient reschedules within 7 days, this fee may be credited toward the next appointment
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Membership Cancellations Membership cancellations require 30 days notice. Any cancellation request submitted less than 30 days before the next billing date will result in the upcoming charge being processed, and the membership will remain active until the end of that billing cycle. No further charges will occur after the 30-day notice period has been completed.
Due to the nature of medical and wellness services, we do not offer refunds on any services or products.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood this policy
- Agree to all applicable fees
- Authorize Wellness Lab to charge the payment method on file for any applicable cancellation, no-show, or clinical service fees
