Cancellation Policy

We understand that scheduling changes can sometimes be unavoidable. To ensure fairness for both our clients and staff, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation with more than 12 hours notice: No cancellation fee will be applied. You may reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

Cancellation within 12 hours of booking: A cancellation fee of $225+ will be charged.

No-show appointments: A cancellation fee of $225+ will be charged, plus any applicable travel fees.

At The Wellness Lab, we strive to provide the best care and service for our clients. Due to the nature of our medical procedures, it is essential to allow a 30-minute grace period for the nurse to arrive. This grace period accounts for potential delays such as traffic. We appreciate your understanding and patience, as it ensures that our medical professionals can provide the highest quality care.
